How we work
Resultpedia operates as a distributed editorial team coordinated out of Bengaluru. Every email is logged against an internal ticket. We respond within two working days for editorial corrections and within five working days for everything else. We do not run a customer-facing phone line — Indian sarkari-results sites that publish phone numbers almost always get fraud calls impersonating recruitment authorities, so we route every query through email for an auditable paper trail.
What we can't do: we cannot check individual results, recover lost roll numbers, change anything on a recruitment board's records, or contact a board on your behalf. Those requests must go to the conducting authority's own helpline, which we link on every exam page.
A note on fraud
Resultpedia never calls you, never asks for money, OTPs, Aadhaar numbers or admit-card details, and has no "agents" in any city. If someone contacts you claiming to represent us, they are committing fraud — see the Disclaimer for how to report them.
Privacy & DPDP
For privacy and Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 requests — including access, correction and erasure of personal data — use the privacy address in the Legal, grievance & privacy card above, and we will acknowledge within the timelines mandated by the rules notified under the Act. Full details of your rights are in the Privacy Policy.
Press, partnership and licensing
Journalists working on a story about Indian government recruitment patterns, cut-off trends or scheme uptake are welcome to cite our pages with a link; for an on-record comment from a named editor, mail the business address with a brief and a deadline and we will route it. Educational institutions wanting to license a calendar widget or a specific data table for non-commercial classroom use should write to the business address with a clear scope; small-volume licensing is routinely granted at no charge.
