Resultpedia (the "Site") publishes information about Indian government recruitment, examinations, results, admit cards, answer keys, syllabi, and welfare schemes. We compile this information from publicly available sources, including official government portals, gazette notifications, and press releases. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current, we do not guarantee that the information is complete, error-free, or up-to-date.
Always verify critical information — application deadlines, eligibility criteria, exam dates, and result data — on the official portal of the conducting authority before acting on it. We provide direct links to the relevant official portal on every notification page.
2. No affiliation with government authorities
Resultpedia is an independent, privately operated information portal. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any central government body (UPSC, SSC, RRB, IBPS, RBI, LIC, ESIC, EPFO, NTA, etc.), any state government body (state Public Service Commissions, state recruitment / staff-selection boards, state school education boards such as HPBOSE / UPMSP / BSEB / CBSE / WBBSE, state police boards), any autonomous examining authority (CBSE, NTA, NCTE, etc.), or any Government of India / state government department (Ministry of Personnel and Training, Department of Personnel and Training, state education departments, etc.).
References to these bodies and their examinations on this Site are made solely for the purpose of identifying and reporting on the recruitment, examination, or scheme they conduct. All trademarks, service marks, names, and logos belong to their respective owners.
2A. Results, marks and cut-offs are provisional information
Result figures, merit-list extracts, cut-off references and answer-key details reported on this Site describe documents published by the conducting authority at the time of writing. They are not a substitute for your official scorecard or marksheet. Authorities revise results after re-evaluation, court orders and corrigenda; merit-list PDFs are sometimes withdrawn and re-issued. The only legally valid record of your performance is the document issued to you by the conducting authority. Where a cut-off or statistic has not yet been officially published, we say so explicitly on the page rather than estimating a number — if you ever find an unattributed figure on this Site, please report it via our Correction Policy.
3. No guarantee of selection or success
Information on this Site is for general guidance only. We do not guarantee selection in any examination, admission to any institution, employment with any organization, or success in any application process. Eligibility, selection, and outcomes are determined solely by the conducting authority based on its own rules.
4. Third-party content and links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, and affiliate offers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or legality of third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
5. Educational and informational purpose
Content on the Site is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, career, or professional advice. Career and exam decisions should be made after independent verification and, where appropriate, consultation with a qualified professional.
5A. Beware of fraud impersonating Resultpedia
From time to time, third parties impersonate independent recruitment-information sites on WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, and Instagram pages — offering paid "guaranteed selection", paid form-filling, "leaked" question papers, "100% sure" cut-off predictions, or selling fake admit cards. Resultpedia does none of these things. We do not charge any fee for any content on this Site. We do not sell question papers. We do not sell admit cards. We do not promise selection. We do not have agents in any city. If anyone contacts you claiming to be a Resultpedia representative and asking for money, an OTP, an Aadhaar number, an admit-card number, or any payment, they are committing fraud — please ignore them and report the incident to the relevant cyber-crime cell at cybercrime.gov.in. Our only paid surface is advertising rendered by Google AdSense (when enabled), which is clearly labelled "Ad" and never asks for your money or your documents.
5B. Editorial independence and conflict-of-interest disclosure
Resultpedia is independently owned and operated. We accept advertising — Google AdSense contextual placements, always rendered in clearly labelled ad slots — and may in future accept sponsored content for clearly-labelled banner placements or for the calendar widget. Advertising and sponsorship revenue never influence which exams we cover, how we describe eligibility or vacancies, or which official sources we cite. No editor on the team is currently employed by a coaching institute, a recruitment agency, or a state or central government body. If that ever changes, the conflict will be disclosed in the relevant article and in the editor's author profile before the page goes live. We do not run affiliate links to paid coaching, paid mock-test platforms, or paid "selection-guaranteed" products.
6. Copyright
Notification PDFs, gazette references, and similar government documents are reproduced under Section 52(1)(q) of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, which permits reproduction of Government Works. Original analysis, editorial commentary, FAQ content, calculators, and design elements on this Site are copyright © Resultpedia and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resultpedia, its operators, employees, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — including any loss of opportunity, missed application deadlines, or reliance on information that turns out to be inaccurate.
7A. AI-assistance disclosure
Some research and drafting steps on Resultpedia use generative-AI tooling — for example, summarising a long official PDF into an initial bullet list, or producing a first-pass translation of a Hindi-language notification. Every page that uses such tooling is then read by a human editor, fact-checked against the official source, and signed off by that named editor before publication. We do not auto-publish AI-generated drafts to the live Site. We do not use AI to produce vacancy figures, eligibility text, exam dates or any other number you would act on. If you find a page that reads like raw machine text, please flag it via our correction email below and we will rewrite it.
7B. Government-emblem and trademark usage
Resultpedia does not use the Government of India Emblem (the Lion Capital of Ashoka), the State Emblem of India, the Satyamev Jayate motto, or the official emblem of any state government on any page of this Site. We are required to confirm this clearly because Section 6 of the State Emblem of India (Prohibition of Improper Use) Act, 2005 prohibits unauthorised display. References to UPSC, SSC, RRB, IBPS, RBI, NTA, the various state PSCs, school boards and ministries are factual identifications only; their names and logos remain the property of those bodies and are used here for purposes of news, comment and identification under nominative fair-use principles.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
