The JAC Class 9 Result 2026 is OUT. The Jharkhand Academic Council declared the Class 9 result on 17 April 2026. Check your result at jacresults.com or jac.jharkhand.gov.in using your Roll Code and Roll Number — JAC Class 9 does not need a date of birth to log in.

How to Check JAC 9th Result 2026 (Roll Code + Roll Number)

1. Go to jacresults.com (or jac.jharkhand.gov.in).
2. Click the "JAC Class 9 Result 2026" link.
3. Enter your Roll Code (the school/centre code) and then your Roll Number — these are two different fields, both on your admit card.
4. Click Submit. Your result shows subject-wise marks, total, grade and pass/fail status. Download/print the provisional copy.

Is JAC Class 9 a board exam like Class 10?

No. JAC Class 9 is a council-level annual exam (OMR paper + school internal assessment), not a public board exam like Class 10. Because of this, JAC does not release a public pass percentage, toppers list or merit list for Class 9 — any such figures circulating online are usually carried over from the Class 10 result by mistake. Your individual result is what matters; the original marksheet is collected from your school.

What are the JAC Class 9 passing marks 2026?

You generally need 33% in each subject to pass, with each subject carrying a written (OMR) component plus internal assessment, and you must clear most of your subjects to be promoted.
