Who is eligible for the UP Board compartment exam?
For Class 10: students who failed in up to two subjects may appear, but can sit the exam in only one subject to clear the year; students who already passed may appear in one subject for improvement. For Class 12: the compartment is for those who failed in exactly one subject (across any stream).
