How to download your DCECE 2026 rank card
- Open the BCECEB website (the official link is in the Important Links section at the bottom of this page).
- Click the "DCECE 2026 Rank Card" link on the homepage.
- Choose the link for your group only — PE, PM or PMM (a wrong group link will not show your card).
- Enter your roll number and date of birth, then submit.
- Download and print the rank card — you will need it for counselling.
PE, PM and PMM — what each group is for
- PE (Polytechnic Engineering): admission to diploma engineering courses in Bihar's polytechnic colleges.
- PM (Para-Medical Intermediate): para-medical diploma courses requiring 10+2.
- PMM (Para-Medical Matric): para-medical courses open to matriculation (10th) pass candidates.
What happens after the result
The rank card alone does not give you a seat — admission is through BCECEB e-counselling, where you fill course and college choices in your rank order. BCECEB will announce the counselling schedule, registration and choice-filling dates separately on its portal. Keep your rank card, category certificate and other documents ready so you can register the moment counselling opens.

How to Check Your Result
- Visit the official portal of BCECEB — the official link is in the Important Links section at the bottom of this page.
- Locate the result link for the relevant examination + year (most boards have a dedicated result-check page per cycle).
- Enter your Roll Number and Date of Birth exactly as they appear on the admit card.
- Submit the form. The provisional mark sheet PDF will display on screen.
- Save and print at least two copies of the score card for your records.
- Cross-check name spelling, subject codes, and totals. If anything looks wrong, follow the re-checking / re-evaluation process within the official window.
- The original embossed mark sheet is collected from the candidate's school 30-60 days later, when the examining body dispatches printed certificates.
