- CTET (Elementary stage) qualified; and
- RCI registration.

Exam pattern & selection
Selection is through the one-tier DSSSB Computer-Based Test (CBT) — an objective, bilingual paper of 200 questions / 200 marks in 2 hours, with Section A on general aptitude and Section B on the subject concerned (special education), and 0.25 negative marking — followed by document verification. There is no interview.
Age, fee & salary
Age must be not exceeding 30 years (as on 15 July 2026), with OBC +3, SC/ST +5, PwBD +10 and an extra 10 years for women candidates.
